This project is located in Turks and Caicos Islands, BWI. It is a private villa by the sea. The project area of the property is about 1.5 acres. The villa was designed in the style of a modern beach house with an emphasis on comfort and convenience.
The main house is made up of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a lounge overlooking the pool area. There are two guest suites on the lower level, one with its own entrance and bathroom as well as another bedroom that can be used as an office or living room when not being used as a bedroom.
The outdoor spaces include an infinity pool with a swim-up bar, hot tub, BBQ area with patio seating, lounge chairs and loungers, fire pit, and outdoor shower under a canopy shade structure. There is also a large garden area with several raised beds for growing vegetables and herbs if desired (which can be accessed from inside by using the kitchen). |

We provided three heavy-duty bi-folds and several tilt and turn windows, all of which are made with thermal break aluminum.
The project was completed in an extremely short amount of time and with very little disruption to the original site. The exterior bifold door of the kitchen leads directly to the swimming pool, with a BBQ area in the middle, and the presence of Bifold makes this whole area unbelievably accessible. For this project, we used high-quality thermal break aluminum profiles. Finest extruded aluminum profiles with a thickness of 1.8 mm to provide excellent durability and strength. With a polyamide bar (Polyamide 66, or Nylon 66) PA66 is applied in the middle of aluminum profiles to break or insulate the heat and cold, The polyamide we use is from the world-famous brand Technoform Bautec™. Thermal breaks have decreased aluminum frame U-factors (heat loss rate) from roughly 2.0 to about 1.0 Btu/hr-sq. ft-°F. In hot climates. Our thermal break aluminum is more than 1.8 mm in thickness, and Doorwin's exclusive thermal break aluminum profiles perform much better than standard aluminum in both insulation and strength.
